Blue Shelby GT500 w/ Supersnake rims – Walkaround, ’shoot!
January 27th, 2012No this spot is not from London, i’ve just not had chance to make any videos, or indeed upload any as stuff at home has gone on. Anyway, i did manage to make a video of what i found last week, one seriously epic car. The GT500 from American Tuning Firm, Shelby. Now these are Rare in the United Kingdom, so you have to excuse me with that. The GT500 was introduced at the 2003 NYIAS, but was delivered to the world in 2006. It uses a 330Ci, 5.4 Litre, Supercharged Modular V8 producing 500BHP. The Monster of the Engine also is connected to a Tremec TR-6060 6 Speed manual. The Suspension is also tuned, as well as getting 18″ Rims (This one has the 20″ KR wheels) and a Body Kit. Supersnake variants of the GT500 have upwards to 7205bhp, but 500bhp is plenty. I found this monster in a Multistorey on the top floor. It looked absolutely stunning and had a plate to match too. Even though this is a Base model GT500, it’s nevertheless, a Shelby! Something very rare in the UK, let alone York. I’ve only seen another GT500, with an Eleanor KS bodykit. Also, i have seen a Roush Stage 3 Mustang too (Which i keep on missing). Actually quite an Achievement for York.
